Engineered for speed and simplicity, it combines the main IoT network standards with the most widely used fieldbus protocols, enabling smooth integration and smart retrofitting of existing solutions.

With an integrated cryptographic coprocessor, it ensures maximum security for key and certificate management. Thanks to plug-and-play cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity, it delivers high performance in a compact, low-power design.

Built for industrial applications and large-scale production, it provides 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, ultra-low power design, RED2 compliance, and cloud-ready communication.

Nano Plus Board(Wi-Fi)

This ultra-compact module is designed to deliver maximum functionality in the smallest footprint. Despite its reduced size, it is packed with features that make it ideal for industrial applications and space-constrained projects.

With a wide input voltage range (4.5 V to 28 V DC), it adapts to a variety of power configurations. A native USB interface provides direct access to the ESP32 module and its JTAG debugging features, while a dedicated pogo-pin connector ensures easy access for programming and diagnostics.

Connectivity is simplified with a single 5-pin connector handling RS485/UART communication and power through one streamlined interface. An external level shifter referenced to the UART voltage guarantees compatibility with different system voltages.

Certificate creation and upload for each board

This package provides a standards-based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) framework that enables the secure provisioning of digital certificates for each board. It supports both the generation and upload of unique device credentials, laying the groundwork for trusted communication and regulatory compliance.

It delivers a base PKI platform that implements certificate generation and distribution, typically requiring customization and full integration within the client’s production process.

OTA server integration

Secure update package delivery

The Secure Update package enables seamless integration with the OTA (Over-the-Air) update server provided by Kalpa-CrossPoint, across all Riseberg cloud services. It ensures remote firmware updates with secure end-to-end communication and cryptographic verification.

This guarantees that devices remain up-to-date and protected throughout their entire lifecycle.

Vulnerability Monitoring Package

Onboarding into monitoring platform/dashboard

Anomaly reporting and workflow integration

Designed to support proactive risk management, this package connects the device to a dedicated monitoring platform. It enables anomaly detection, vulnerability monitoring, and integration into structured workflows for issue resolution—key requirements for RED II cybersecurity compliance.

It implements strategies and procedures to maintain continuous control over the SBOM, address known third-party vulnerabilities before production, monitor the emergence of new issues post-release, receive alerts from public sources, and promptly notify stakeholders
