This first step is key to getting to know you, both technically and personally.
In the first half, you’ll meet one of our senior engineers to discuss your professional background, achievements, and technical skills. For recent graduates, the focus will be on your academic knowledge and how you can apply it professionally.
In the second half, you’ll meet someone from HR to explore your soft skills, potential, expectations, and motivation for joining Kalpa.
Regardless of the outcome, you’ll receive feedback within two weeks.

If the first interview is successful, we’ll reach out to confirm your interest and arrange a second meeting.
Here, you’ll meet the Line Manager of your future team, with whom you’ll explore your professional profile, soft skills, and career path at Kalpa in more detail.

Within two weeks of the second interview, we’ll exchange final feedback.
If the outcome is positive for both sides, we’ll formalize the contract proposal—and you’ll officially join the team!
A few weeks before your start date, an HR colleague will contact you for a short written interview and photo, which we’ll share on our intranet to introduce you to the team.
The day before, they’ll confirm all the details for your first day.
On your first morning, HR will greet you, introduce our internal policies, explain your benefits, and guide you through useful tools and contacts.
Our IT team will provide your full workstation setup: laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, stand, system access, and instructions.
You’ll also receive company goodies, including your Kalpa water bottle, office badge, stationery, and more.
On your first day, you’ll meet your Buddy — a colleague who will be by your side during your first months at Kalpa. They’ll help you find your way around, get to know people, and quickly feel part of the team.
With them, you can ask, explore, and share — because at Kalpa, a warm welcome starts with human connections.
An informal session where you’ll meet colleagues from your Line and HR team, and have the chance to introduce yourself.
Your first day wouldn’t be complete without a welcome lunch with your new team!
You’ll connect with your Line Manager to review your initial tasks, responsibilities, and key information.
In the following weeks, we’ll schedule regular check-ins with your team, Line Manager, and HR to support your integration.
You’ll meet your colleagues, get to know the company, and receive all the essential information to begin your journey with Kalpa.
