Evaluation of your application
You can apply by answering one of our ads on Linkedin, on our official website or by writing to job@kalpa.it. Every week we carefully analyze the resumes received to identify those in line with open positions.
If your resume is Kalpico, we will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the details of the position, learn more about your aspirations and agree on the first interview.
First Technical/Aptitude interview
The first interview is a very important step that will allow us to get to know you both on the technical and on the aptitude front.
During the first half of the interview you will meet one of our experienced engineers with whom you can deepen your professional career, the results obtained as well as skills and technical skills. If you are a graduate or graduate, the interview will focus on the knowledge acquired during the course of studies and the ability to apply them in the professional field.
In the second part of the interview a Human Resources person will talk to you to identify your transversal and aptitude skills, your potential, your expectations and motivations towards the position offered and our company reality.
Regardless of the outcome of your application, you will receive a reply within two weeks.
Duration: 1.30′
Second Technical/Aptitude interview
If the feedback from the first interview is positive, we will contact you to confirm your interest and agree on a second interview.
During the meeting you will meet the Line Manager of the Line of competence and a person of Human Resources with whom you can further deepen your professional path, your aptitude skills as well as the prospect of a journey in Kalpa and the related contractual aspects of our offer.
Within two weeks you will receive final feedback regarding your selection process and, if successful, we will formalize the details of our contract proposal.
Duration: 1.30′
Feedback return
Within two weeks of the second interview, we will contact you to exchange final feedback on your selection process.
If it is positive for both of us, we will formalize the details of our contract proposal and you will be officially on board!
ONBOARDING PROCESS
If you have accepted our proposal, it means that you are one of ours! We will be happy to welcome you on your first day of work. We will introduce you to the company, the colleagues and we will show you all the useful information that you can use to start this journey together.
Training
A few weeks before your arrival you will be contacted by a colleague of the HR team for a short written interview that, together with a photo of you, we will publish on our corporate intranet to officially introduce you to your new colleagues on the day of your entry.
Then, the day before your arrival, he will contact you to agree on the details of your first day.
Initial welcome
Our HR colleague will welcome you in the morning to give you all the basic information, present you our internal policies, the benefits at your disposal, the reference people for the different your needs, the tools that will be useful to face your working days.
The buddy
Your buddy will also be there to welcome you on your first day! This is a colleague who will accompany you throughout your first year in Kalpa to support you from the very first phase of insertion so that you can better integrate into our organizational context and with new colleagues.
Delivery of work tools
A colleague from the IT department will give you all the work equipment: laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, lift for the PC, access to different business tools and various indications.
Next, a colleague from the secretarial department will deliver our company gadgets, such as the kalpica water bottle, office access badge, stationery, etc.
Welcome meeting
It is an informal moment during which you will have the opportunity to meet your new colleagues and tell something about yourself. Usually there are colleagues from Line and Team HR because it is important for us that you feel at home right away by becoming familiar with as many people as possible.
Lunch time
The time of the pandemic imposes many limits but, in the absence, the lunch with the team can not miss!
Meeting with Line Manager
It will be for you a reference within Kalpa and in this first day you will be able to go into detail of the activities that will be assigned to you and receive the first useful information to carry out your work.
The Line Manager will share and formalize with you the goals that we hope you can achieve during the year.
In the following weeks we organize aperitifs with your team and regular meetings with your Line Manager and HR to support you in your insertion.
